Currently we are growing three main varieties of garlic: Russian Red, a racombole type, good for all around use; Music, a porcelain type with huge cloves and smooth flavor; and Georgia Crystal, another porcelain, hot when raw but mellow when cooked.

WHATS HAPPENING NOW and CURRENT AVAILABILITY
March 2024 - Spring is upon us!(snow storms not withstanding). ‘Greens are coming along in the greenhouse and the first varieties of spring flowers are growing too.
We still have potatoes, garlic, shallots, and microgreens to top everything off. We also a few tulip bouquets available. Find us at Hampden Farmers Market every other Friday in through March, and every Friday in April. The summer market begins the first Friday in May at St Matthew’s Church in Hampden.
